A flatbed carries all four wheels — nothing spins, nothing drags, nothing gets tweaked at the first pothole on Broad Street. Frequently asked questions
My car is in an accident storage lot. Can you get it out?
Yes — once the lot releases it (you'll typically need ID and proof of ownership), we tow it to your shop or home. Moving it sooner stops the daily storage fees.
Can you tow a car that doesn't roll or steer?
Usually — winches and skates handle most no-roll situations. Say so when you call so the truck arrives equipped.
Do you do long-distance tows out of Richmond?
Yes — longer hauls are quoted the same way, hook plus loaded miles, before we commit. Petersburg, Fredericksburg, Charlottesville and beyond are routine.
